Change of a microbiological profile of a sod-podsol soil at deepening of topsoil

Possibility of increase in depth of biologically active topsoil of loamy and sandy sod-podsol soils is considered. In crop rotation experiences aftereffect of meliorative plowings on increase in a deepened layer of number and activity of the soil microorganisms, reducing biological differentiation of a cultivated layer of soil has been revealed. Features of change of a microbiological soil profile are shown at application of various ways of deepening of topsoil.
