Perspective strains of cultivated champignon in biotechnology of intensive industrial production of mycothallus

The characteristic of biological and economic-valuable signs of strains of cultivated champignons Agaricus bisporus (Lange) Imbach., selected for intensive way of culture�s conducting on the basis of modern industrial technologies of edible mushrooms� cultivation, is presented. Strains and biotechnology as basis of increase of efficiency and quality of mushroom production, defining level of manufacture�s profitability appreciably, are considered.
