Given article – the second of two articles united by one general theme: problems of creation and development of the Russian service of agricultural consulting. In article the first experience of regional agricultural consultation in Tver region is analysed, the basic problems which have arisen at rendering of consulting services are revealed, ways of their decision are offered.
