Identification of new substances in cell walls streptomyces – pathogens of potato

New polymers in cell walls phytopathogenic streptomyces – neutral polysaccharides are found out. Streptomyces sp. VKM the Ac-2125 contained galactomannan the unknown before structure. Itself galactomannan earlier it was known in other structure only in eukaryotic cell. S. scabies VKM Ac-304 and Ac-306 contained the homogeneous polymer consisting from N-atsetilgalaktozaminilnyh of the rests. This polymer hasn't been found out earlier neither in prokaryotic cell, nor in eukaryotic cell. The received results can form a basis for the future researches of specific specificity phytopathogenic streptomycetes, and also for struggle against pathogenicity factors.
