Ecological risks & law aspects of using agrochemistry substances as anti-icing agents on the road objects

Artificial anti-icing agents have recently occurred on the Russian market. They compose from a physical (mechanical) mix of two or more compounds, different saline and inorganic compounds. The group of materials with artificial fertilizers and ameliorants is distinguished among them. It argues that this agents cant and dont negative impact on environmental objects. Per contra, Positive effect on soils and plants is guaranty. Consequently road and utility services dont decline in using of different techniques preventing winter slipperiness, which do not exclude uncontrolled contribution of anti-icing agents with snow and melt water into soil and water objects of drinking, cultural, domestic and fishery use. Declaration of "usefulness and safety" fertilizers and ameliorants containing anti-icing agents is not adequate . All agro-chemical substances are extremely dangerous for soil and water when non-compliance regulation of their use takes place. The fact of inclusion of anti-icing agents in the composition of fertilizers and other agrochemicals contradicts the legislation of the Russian Federation.
