Definition of efficiency of production of cattle breeding on the basis of a profitable and energy-saving measure

The expediency of use of industrial crossing of cows of the Ukrainian black-motley dairy breed with breeds aberdin-angus and Ukrainian meat breed where the estimation of effect of a heterosis on profitable and energy-saving measure is used is proved. It supplements the standard definition of a production efficiency of beef.
