Estimation of peat of deposits of Altai as substratum for accelerated production of seedlings of coniferous breeds

The estimation of suitability of peat of local deposits of the south of Western Siberia for the purpose of use as substrata for the accelerated hothouse cultivation of seedlings of coniferous breeds with the closed roots is made. Some peat of the low Altay bogs on the agrochemical properties are close to top peat from deposits of the European part of Russia and approach for development of modern technologies of cultivation of seedlings of coniferous breeds in hothouses. Application of methods of multidimensional statistics allows to estimate visually and quickly similarity and distinction of potential hothouse substratum on the big files of their properties.
