Quantitative assessment of zoo end microbial community chernozems ordinary when using electro discharge device in the conditions of Orenburg Preduralye

The article presents a comparative assessment of the impact of fertilizers and used as an alternative to nitrogen fertilizer discharge unit on the functioning of soil biota chernozem ordinary. The experiment was conducted in the agro-ecosystems under rainfed conditions on spring wheat and watering conditions on sweet pepper, was estimated number of microorganisms which convert soil nitrogen in agro-ecosystems, cellulolytic activity. In the experiment in watering conditions were studied the abundance and biological diversity of soil invertebrates. It is established that the application of fertilizers and the use of an electric device have a positive impact on a number of physiological groups of microorganisms and soil invertebrates. In the experimental variants was increased cellulolytic activity in comparison with the control variant. Thus, the application of an electric device is comparable with the introduction of nitrogen fertilizers.
