The milk productivity of cows when used in the diets condensed corn extract

For farms specialized in milk production and the rearing of young cattle, there is the problem of balancing rations for their the biggest deficiency in the protein. Currently this issue is mainly solved by including in the rations of high doses of feed, the use of various high-protein feed supplements or feeding a synthetic nitrogen-containing compounds. However, these methods are expensive, which negatively affects the cost of milk production and weight gain of animals. This determines the need for research to find new alternative sources of inexpensive protein, no value for humans. This goal, in our opinion, it corresponds to the inclusion in the mode of feeding cows by-product of starch production of condensed corn extract, per unit mass of protein which contains one and a half times more than in barley. The cost per kilogram of protein condensed corn extract is lower than that of barley protein, 3-5.
