The efficiency of replacement of skimmed milk powder on belotin in the composition of the feed mixture-starter CU-1

This situation determines the need for research on the development of recipes for feed for calves-dairy producers to use less scarce and relatively inexpensive, do not have nutritional value for human components.This goal, in our opinion, it corresponds to the inclusion in the feeding regime of calves balotina - feed, which is a dry biomass of yeast grown on the products of enzymatic hydrolysis of vegetable raw materials. The strain of yeast Candidatropicalis FAB-C was received "Uneasinesses" in the process of improving industrial breeding in the allocation of biocenosis fermenters Kstovo OPZ BVK. Belotin on its protein content, at least not compared to dried milk obezjirennah. Thus, its price is lower than the cost of dry skim milk 4-5 times.
