Features introduction to the culture in vitro of coniferous trees |

The study examines the issue of vegetative propagation of coniferous plants by in vitro culture. We are using apical buds and the stem of seedlings, as well as apical buds and shoots of the annual middle-aged conifers as explants. We are studying the influence of the sterilizing agent and the composition of the culture medium at the rate of formation of callus and the survival of explants.
