The influence of the composition of the feeding diet on the meat productivity and meat quality of young sheep

The results of the research of meat productivity and meat quality of young sheep for fattening on hay, haylage and green mass. According to our data, the highest live weight, meat productivity, morphological indicators of meat were rams fed on haylage and green mass. On the technological quality of meat, as the water binding capacity of meat, the less loss of juice during cooking, and the meat of sheep when feeding on haylage than their peers in other types of feeding.
