The ability of the anthers and ovaries of brassica oleracea l. to morphogenic development in vitro

One of the ways to increase the ability of cells of the reproductive organs to morphogenesis is "babysitter", which leads to stimulation of cell division and the conditioning environment. Studies have shown that the maximum formation of morphogenic structures in Brassica oleracea L., it was observed in co-culture of anther and ovary in the ratio of 1:5, respectively. With this method hybrids and inbred lines of cabbage has increased the viability and responsiveness of the reproductive organs to organogenesis to 2.36 % and callusogenesis - 4.8% compared with the cultivation of anthers and ovaries separately.
