Methodological justification adaptation system trucks to operating conditions in the agro-industrial complex of the Amur region

Features of operation of trucks in difficult climatic and road conditions caused by low temperature during long winter period, high humidity and significant variations in daily temperatures are accelerated reversible units and units of the car, which leads to a reduction in technical resource, reduced service periods, increases the costs of maintenance, repairs and cost of goods manufactured. In the Amur region, the serial models of trucks, especially farmers, adaptation activities are held, the purpose of which is to reduce operating costs, increase efficiency and timing use wheeled transport vehicle without modification. The article proposes a methodological justification adaptation system trucks, which applies when operating vehicles for farmers of the area and provides corrected formula to predict the regulatory maintenance periodicity and sredneciklovogo car mileage considering adaptation coefficient-based K_A.
