Basics of developing a mixer-averager for the production line of granulate to rabbits

The urgency of the work is conditioned by the necessity and expediency of using the spent straw-fungal substrate in the rations of feeding rabbits. The lack of technical means for obtaining a granulate based on this raw material gives rise to a problematic situation between the desire of the commodity producer to have fodder products of high biological value and low production costs and the lack of the possibility of preparing them for research purposes, justifying the parameters of the mixer-moisture averager in feed compositions for the feed pellet preparation line for rabbits. The models of the process of moisture averaging in feed compositions of the given composition are justified theoretically and experimentally. Optimal values of parameters for the developed mixer-averager design are obtained. A line for the production of granulate for rabbits using a straw-fungal substrate was developed, the basic machine in which the developed mixer-averager is developed. A database was obtained for use in the design of technical equipment of the proposed type.
