The scientific basis for the development of a pellet press for the production of feed products for rabbits

The necessity and expediency of preparation of feed products for rabbits in the form of a granulate with the help of a special original device made in the form of a press granulator is substantiated in the article. On the basis of the new method, an original technical solution is proposed that allows to dispose of briquettes in the form of spent straw-fungal substrates, by means of their technological transformation into innovative fodder products of granular form. As a result of theoretical studies, original analytical dependencies characterizing the formation of compositions in a compression chamber of a press granulator of appropriate density were obtained. In this case, a monolith containing a minimum amount of air pores is formed in the compression chamber. On the basis of the experiment, mathematical models were obtained that characterize the density of the corresponding comom compositions of the innovative composition and properties, depending on the values of the design-regime parameters of the press granulator. On the basis of the new data obtained and the original methodological approaches, a press granulator with a compression chamber was created, which makes it possible to obtain innovative feed products for rabbits.
