Theoretical foundation for the process of receiving products using basis of soy-carrot-mushroom compositions

The authors worked out scheme of a line and a multifunctional device for the preparation of innovative products based on soy-carrot-mushroom compositions. Are dentified interdependence between the factors influencing the processes of grinding, extraction and extraction of the extract from the insoluble residue are established. Derivation of the definition of technological and design- mode parameters of equipment formula is covered in the paper. Calculation formulas are obtained for determining the technological and constructive-regime parameters of technological means ensuring the realization of these processes. Dependencies characterizing the energy expenditure for the implementation of these processes have been established.
