Mathematical modeling of process of work of a grinder of rough forages

Theoretical researches of process of interaction of working bodies of a grinder of rough forages with object of processing are conducted. The theoretical dependences characterizing interrelation between the key design, regime parameters of a grinder and physicomechanical characteristics of the crushed material exerting the greatest impact on power consumption of crushing are received. It is shown that at reduction of the actual angle of sharpening of an edge, the loaded length of an edge, the actual thickness of an edge and the extreme destroying contact tension of cutting, owing to effects of the sliding cutting, there is a crushing work reduction.
