Optimization of parameters and operating modes of the grinder of forages

Pilot studies of process of operation of the developed grinder of rough forages are conducted. The mathematical models describing interrelation between the key design, regime parameters of the grinder and physics and mechanical characteristics of the crushed material exerting the greatest impact on criterion of optimization - power consumption of crushing are received. On the basis of the made multiple-factor experiment values the speed of a shaft of the grinder, a gap between the giving shaft and an grinder of rough forages drum and also feed rates of initial material at which the minimum power consumption of crushing of rough forages is provided with the offered grinder are established.
