Development of agrotechnical measures and technical means to regulate soil temperature

System analysis of problems of soil fertility improvement and development of various degradation processes shows that the stability of the soil cover is determined by living animals, microbes, vegetation, and climatic conditions of the area. Analyzing the problem of reducing erosion in the agricultural sector in the context of the ecologization of agricultural production and solving these problems in relation to soil and climatic conditions and its management, selecting and developing complex machines and working bodies, allowing for the care of the soil with the least damage to it, you can prevent significant losses of humus to keep the soil structure and, ultimately, to obtain consistently high yields of agricultural crops. One of the ways to solve problems, reduction of erosion processes in agriculture and increase of soil fertility is the development of agro-physical and agro-meteorological fundamentals of climate control of the soil cover. Accordingly, in this paper we theoretically investigated the influence of various agrotechnical measures on the process of freezing of the soil surface. Theoretical relations and the results presented in this article can be used in the development of measures and technical means to regulate the temperature of the soil to improve its fertility and ensure consistently high crop yields.
