Evaluation of thermal regime of the asynchronous engine when using electronic control elements

The possibility of using microcontroller control for automation of such technological processes as ventilation, manure, milking, etc. has been explored. A basic scheme for controlling technological processes using the dynamic braking mode has been developed. An estimation of the change in the thermal state of an induction motor in the dynamic braking mode is carried out. The thermograms of the engine are obtained in various operating modes. The thermal balance of the engine in the long-term, short-term and short-time modes has been experimentally tested. The received results testify to the stability of the thermal regime while reducing the time of the transient regimes, which allows us to conclude that it is expedient to use microcontroller control for the automation of technological processes in animal husbandry and other industries.
