Comparative analysis of the assessment values for the agricultural land in the Kursk region

The amounts of unit assessment values for different agricultural lands broken down by soil types have been subjected to analysis in the Kursk Region. The highest indications of value obtain for typical black soils - 141.9 ths’d rubbles /hectare, while the lowest values have been recorded for sand-based gray forest soils - 4.9 ths’d rubles / hectare. Depending on the properties of leached black soils, their assessment value can vary by more than 5 times.
