Justification of the parameters of the process of disintegration-homogenization of the pumpkin-grain composition by a lattice-knife apparatus |

Theoretical and experimental methods have been used to establish the characteristics characterizing the process of disintegration-homogenization by the lattice-knife apparatus of the press of the proposed construction. On the basis of the obtained dependences, the optimal values of the parameters were determined, which were used to create a press design for the production of pumpkin-grain granulate for animals and poultry.
