Kinetics of moisture homogenization in the addition to the substantiation of capacity, applied upon the press-granulator's drive

Conditions for obtaining granules according to the crumbling index is theoretically substantiated. Dependencies characterizing the kinematics of moisture homogenization in thick soybean composition are established when it is moved by the press rotor and is in the compressor chamber. The optimum press granulator characteristics are substantiated on the basis of the experimentally obtained mathematical model. The influence of a combination of factors on the power intensity of the process of obtaining quality granules based on soy-paste compositions is established. The obtained data was used to create a press granulator with a compression chamber.
