Probabilistic identification of the process of acceptance of raw materials at the plants of the agroindustrial complex
The process of acceptance and processing of raw materials at the plants of the agro-industrial complex is seasonal and is carried out in a short time. Organize it should be so as not to allow the loss of raw materials and ensure at the initial stage of production the required quality of the final product. Optimal control of this process implies studying it as an automation object and constructing a formalized model. The article presents the results of the research of the receiving department of the primary winemaking plant as a multiphase queuing system of a single-channel system in the first, second, fourth phases and the incomplete multichannel with equal channels in the third phase.
