Assessment of ability phosphorus of mineral fertilizers to migration by soil depth

It is known that phosphorus fertilizers have a low ability to migration due to the chemical fixation of phosphates in the soil. However, quantitative evidence for this opinion is not enough, which was the main reason for this study. In the article presents the results of 2 model laboratory experiments by definition of the migration boundaries of phosphorus of superphosphate in soil, carried out in 2016 in laboratory conditions in microlisimeters. The dosage of phosphorus was 0.30 g / kg. The experiments were performed on gray forest loamy soil (humus content 2.1%; mobile compounds of phosphorus and potassium 95 and 76 mg / kg, espectively, according to Kirsanov's method; the sum of the absorbed bases is 11.7, and the hydrolytic acidity 2.0 mg-eq / 100 g of soil; pHKCl - 5.1). In researches it is established, phosphorus included in superphosphate within 60 days of the experiment from the place of fertilizer application is moved to a distance of 5 cm upwards (when submitting water from below) or down (with water coming from the top). Diffuse movement of phosphorus at a constant soil moisture content at a level of 60% of the soil moisture capacity did not exceed 1.5 cm. Background application of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers does not affect the migration boundaries of mobile phosphorus compounds.
