Improvement of a method of calculation of lamellar heatexchange devices |

In article theoretical prerequisites of an intensification of heat exchange are given in lamellar devices for thermal treatment of milk. The advanced method of calculation of lamellar heatexchange devices considering that circumstance that duration of stay of all particles of milk in a zone of thermal treatment is connected with various geometrical parameters of channels between plates is offered.
