Scientific basis for increasing the efficiency of the production and processing of mushrooms of the genus "Pleurotus"
Based on the analysis, an economic-mathematical model for improving the efficiency of the production and processing of the Pleurotus fungi has been developed, which makes it possible to objectively evaluate it at the design stage and obtain data for use in business plans. Proposed schemes for the implementation of innovative technologies for the production and processing of mushrooms of the genus "Pleurotus", which allow for the purposeful development of technical means in this direction.
