Scientific basis for development of a system for utilization of spent substrate raw materials obtained in the production of mushrooms of the genus "Pleurotus"
In accordance with the goals and objectives of the research, a constructive technological scheme of the line for utilization of spent substrate raw materials for fodder purposes based on two schemes was substantiated and proposed. Analytical dependences are given to determine the productivity of the shredder-distributor and the press granulator, as well as the energy intensity of the specified technical means. An analytical model for estimating the operation of a grinding-distributing device is provided for filling a mobile dispenser feeder.
