Effect of mustard protein-containing feed concentrate "Gorlinka" on the productive qualities of poultry

The article describes the results of the use of protein-vitamin-mineral concentrates, in which as fillers were rozhikovy cake and feed concentrate «Sarepta» in the rations of broiler chickens and laying hens. When conducting the first scientific and economic experience on broiler chickens, in which the BVMK of domestic production was used as part of the mixed feed, the improvement of the studied indicators was observed. The total increase in live weight was higher in the experimental groups by 6,07 and 10,37 %, while the average daily gain was 6,07 and 10,36 %. Economic efficiency from the use of BVMK (R) and BVMK (C) in the feeding of broiler chickens of experimental groups was, respectively, 541,65 and 892,31 rubles. In the course of the second scientific and economic experiment on studying the effect of BVMK in mixed feeds on zootechnical and physiological parameters of laying hens, positive results were obtained: in the experimental bird, in comparison with the analogues of the control group, egg production increased by 0,74 % and 1,73 %, egg weight, respectively, by 1,58 % and 3,79 %, while the feed consumption per 10 eggs decreased by 0,77 % and 2,3 %. The economic effect of the use of BVMK (R) and BVMK (C) in the experimental groups was, respectively, 481,61 and 1142,73 rubles, respectively. In this case, the morphological and biochemical parameters of the blood of broiler chickens and laying hens were within the physiological norm. Thus, the use of protein-vitamin-mineral concentrates in the feeding of laying hens and broiler chickens favorably affects the productivity, physiological condition of the poultry and economic efficiency.
