Ecological variety testing of Brassica rapa in the Middle Volga region

The ecological testing allows of the Brassica rapa allows us to compare the varieties according to the main economic characteristics and to identify the most suitable and adapted to the conditions of the Middle Volga region. On seed productivity and fat content in seeds for 2014-2016. the best varieties are Zolotistaya, Iskra and Novinka, their productivity is 1.71-1.77 t / ha, oil content of seeds is 43.6-46.8%. This indicates the greatest fitness of these varieties to cultivation conditions, which is characterized by a high adaptive coefficient of 1.03-1.05%. Large seeds formed varieties Novinka and EOS, the mass of 1000 seeds of which were 2.71 and 2.82 g, respectively. In oil, a high content of oleic acid (56.7-66.0%) and a low erucic acid content (0.09-0.86%) were noted. The content of linoleic and linolenic acids by grade was high - 33.8 and 39.9%.
