Information and consulting service as a vector of innovative development of the agroindustrial complex
The article considers the problem of forming an information and consulting service for offering information on innovations and consulting services to the real needs of agricultural producers. The criteria for the objectivity of the formation of the information and consulting service in the planning of material and financial costs have been determined. A scheme for implementing the functions of the information and consulting service at the regional level is proposed.
