Use of feed concentrate "Gorlinka" in the diets of dairy cows

Today, the problem of searching for natural and artificial sources of protein is growing in the world, the lack of which is becoming more important. That is why the introduction of high-protein feed additives into the diet is now considered topical. When analyzing the fodders used in Donagrogaz LLC in the Frolovsky District of the Volgograd Region, the need to increase the biological value of rations by changing the composition of the feed mix has been found. In our work, the balance of dietary nutrients of rations, nitrogen and minerals, as well as the physiological status and indicators of milk productivity with the use of new feed additives and feeds - mustard protein-containing feed concentrate "Gorlinka". Thus, an increase in the average daily milk yield from the cows of the experimental groups was observed at 5.51% and 7.12%, respectively. There were no significant changes in the content of fat and protein in milk, however, in terms of amino acid content in milk, the cows of the experimental groups took the leading position, the amount of amino acids was higher in comparison with the control by 0.023% and 0.035%. The greatest profit from the sale of milk was obtained from the cows of the 1st test group by 2584 rubles, the second experienced - by 4988 rubles. in comparison with the control, which contributed to an increase in the profitability of milk production in the first test group to 46.67%, in the second pilot group - up to 49.15%.
