Use of iodine-containing drugs in cows feeding in the conditions of Western Siberia |

The effectiveness of the use of iodine-containing "Kayod" in feeding lactating cows in Western Siberia is shown. It was found that the inclusion of the drug in a daily diet at a dosage of 0.4 g/head contributes to an increase in milk production in the period of up to 11.7%, fat and protein milking up to 0.1%, milk fat yield and protein for lactation - up to 3.2%. The positive effect of preparation "Kayod" on reproductive qualities cows, increase in fertility, reduction in the duration of service period was determined.
