Application of the network-centric management system in the russian agricultural production using the example of the Volgograd region

This article discusses the application of network-centric management in agricultural production. The network-centric production management system is based on a global information grid. The grid in space, located in a vertical and horizontal plane forms decision-making nodes, allowing the system to self-organize without a command from above. The main task of the new structure is to determine: the development in the shortest possible time of local and global activities aimed at changing the economic situation in rural areas, the creation of new jobs in the village, the supply of the city and the region with the products of local enterprises. Thus, this management system will help to improve the level of management of agriculture in a particular region.
