Genomic analysis of interspecific hybrids of diploid plums on the basis of their genealogy |
|
Discusses the proposed methodology for the classification of remote hybrids of woody plants, based on the establishment of genealogy and nuclear-cytoplasmic formulas. For the establishment of nuclear-cytoplasmic formulas can be calculated for each hybrid to the average fraction of the genomes of the original parents-telsky species and record the species of the cytoplasm. The study of the genealogy of 696 varieties of diploid plums was carried out, for 425 varieties nuclear-cytoplasmic formulas were established, based on the analysis of which 13 types of hybrids were identified, including 88 groups of varieties. The basis for the selection of a group of varieties is the uniformity of nuclear-cytoplasmic formulas. This classification greatly simplifies the selection work.
