On the theorerical basis of the needle harrow needles impact in soil issue |

A revised analysis of the acting forces on the needles of the needle harrows rolling surface was made. The real characteristics of the soil, especially stoniness and microrelief of the surface, were taken into consideration. The necessity of considering these parameters for engineering calculations was shown.
