Growing safe vegetable products - basis for improving the quality of life

According to the Order "On approval of recommendations on rational standards of consumption of food products that meet modern requirements of healthy nutrition" norms of consumption of vegetable products per year per capita are: potatoes – 90 kg/person; vegetables – 140 kg/person. The paper presents an analysis of the population of the Perm region of vegetable products and the quality of vegetables sold on the market. As a result of researches it is established that the agricultural enterprises more than for 70% provide the edge with the vegetables. However, in potatoes, onions and dill levels nitrate exceeded acceptable levels.
