Pathomorphological changes of organs and tissues reindeer in aflatoxicosis

The problem of scientific providing was and remains the factor interfering sharp augmentation of efficiency of northern reindeer breeding. We studied a pathoanathomical picture and a histological research on reindeers. Material for a histological research was taken from the struck places of internals: liver, kidneys, lungs and lymph nodes of lungs. At postlethal survey of organs and tissues of patients aflatoxicosis deer at a pathoanathomical research established yellowness of visible mucosas. Hepatic and mesenteric lymph nodes are edematous and hemorrhagicly infiltrirovana. The most serious and characteristic changes observed in a liver. It is considerably enlarged in volume, sites about prosyany grain of dark cherry color are disseminated through the dark brown field. The pathoanathomical research of change of organs and tissues of sick reindeers showed that the most noticeable changes are observed in a liver, kidneys and digestive organs: the liver is full-blooded, enlarged, dark clay color; kidneys are edematous, renal lokhanka are expanded; hepatic and mesenteric lymph nodes are edematous and hemorrhagicly infiltrirovana. Walls of an intestine are thickened, edematous, with hemorrhages under serous integuments. At histological researches it becomes perceptible in a liver and kidneys degenerative and dystrophic changes, in mucous and muscular covers numerous hemorrhages.
