Personal subsidiary plots: their role and place in the national agricultural development project

The article discusses some of the modern challenges facing the Russian agrarian complex, and ways to stabilize the socio-economic situation in rural areas. Increased attention requires the reproduction and use of labor resources. They will limit the growth of the agrarian economy. Personal subsidiary farms of the population are an important part of it. Income from their activities is auxiliary, but necessary for the survival of the villagers. For the self-employed in rural areas, a special approach is needed, taking into account the specifics of their work and the situation. It is advisable to introduce and legally consolidate the concept of a backyard family farm (PSC). In order to avoid a social crisis, it is necessary to create and implement a national project for the development of the AIC of Russia. The village should become a zone of priority development!
