As you know, one of the important conditions for the effective use of trucks in the cold season, in particular when operating in the natural climatic zone of the Amur Region, is to ensure the normal functioning of transmission units and vehicle systems, since their thermal conditions at low ambient temperatures do not achieve optimal operating values, which leads to additional power losses, reduced efficiency and technical resource, accelerated wear of parts, knots and units. The article proposes a method of reducing the impact of natural conditions on the normal operation of a vehicle through the installation of an electric tape heater, presents the results of experimental studies of the hydraulic mechanism for lifting the body of a dump truck with a heating device in the Amur Region, gives recommendations on the use and data on the introduction of a heating device in the the technology of agricultural organizations.
