Biotechnological requirements for obtaining health tea from medicinal plants |

The article presents the technological requirements for the processing of various types of health tea from medicinal plants of the Western Baikal region with the use of technical means working on the principle of converting electrical energy into infrared energy, which are simple, reliable, economical and, as a rule, environmentally friendly. It is proposed to use the scheme in the conduct of the heat treatment process with a consonant direction of the infrared radiation flow with simultaneous air suction in the lower layer.
