The impact of organic fertilizers on the yielding capacity and quality of potato in the Astrakhan region

As a result of the conducted research it was found that the application of various types and doses of organic fertilizers significantly increased the height, the number of stems and leaves, and the wet weight of tops. On the variants with the application of poultry manure at a dose of 15 t/ha and manure of 40 t/ha, it was noted the highest figures exceeded the same indicators of the control variant on height by 1,3 times; on the number of stems and leaves by 1,7 times; on wet weight of tops by 1,6 times. The highest biological yield of potato of 44,2 and 43,9 t/ha was obtained on the variants with the application of poultry manure at a dose of 10 t/ha and farmyard manure of 30 t/ha. There were determined the marketability and biochemical composition of potato tubers depending on the application of organic fertilizers.
