Selection and research of rational method of flame control in furnaces of heat units of agricultural enterprises

Automation of heat units assumes control systems security.Its main element is the device of protection against flame extinction of the burners functioning at work of the boiler. The most vulnerable to safety are small and medium-sized units, which are equipped with enterprises that process agricultural raw materials. The article presents the results of a study of a pneumatic sensor to control the presence of a burner flame, implemented on the basis of throttle temperature meters. Analytically and experimentally proved that the use of the proposed method allows you to create a simple, reliable, noise-protected device in the automatic protection of the heat unit
