Reindeer (reindeer) breeding is the main ethnic sector for 22 small peoples of the Far North. Given the natural difficulties of importing fresh food, the production of dietary reindeer meat is an important contribution to strengthening the local food base. In industrial animal husbandry to increase productivity, safety of young animals, as well as in the treatment and prevention of animal diseases, it is impossible to abandon antibacterial drugs, Anthelmintics and other chemotherapy drugs. However, most of them have a negative impact on the body of animals, often causing dysbacteriosis, which is the main cause of death of young animals. In this regard, the technology of obtaining feed protein for feeding deer in a difficult period of time is proposed.
