Rationing of wastewater discharge at the Ishim Meat Processing Plant CJSC "Plemzavod - Yubileiny"

Annually, over 450 km³ of wastewater is dumped into rivers and other bodies of water. As a result, the amount of dissolved oxygen in natural waters decreases, the conditions of decomposition of organic substances worsen, which accumulate intensively, and the concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus, various metals, organochlorine and other harmful compounds increase. The list of substances that pollute the water of natural reservoirs is very wide, and their forms are varied. As a result of anthropogenic activities, significant amounts of extremely hazardous substances such as pesticides and man-made radionuclides can enter the water bodies. In addition, biological contamination of water bodies with pathogenic and pathogenic microorganisms, viruses, fungi, etc., occurs. The article is devoted to the problems of education and wastewater disposal at the enterprise Plemzavod-Yubileiny Closed Joint Stock Company of the Ishim Meat Processing Plant. The relevance of this topic is that every year around the world, including in our country, a huge amount of wastewater is discharged into natural water bodies, disrupting the natural processes of self-purification of water and the vital activity of hydrobionts. The basis for the calculation of the standards for the discharge of waste of the meat processing plant is the data of the results of chemical analysis of the composition of the wastewater and the receiving reservoir, as well as the volume of water discharge. As a result of the calculations, the concentrations and mass of the discharge for each pollutant were determined.
