Features of the pigment system of woody plants temperate climate during periods of leaf discoloration
The article presents the results of studies of the photosynthetic apparatus of woody plants temperate climate in the autumn period of leaf discoloration. The obtained data indicating the presence of withspecific in changing light-harvesting complex of plants, reflecting plant response to the decrease in daylight period. The life expectancy of intact leaves, the yellowing period, the content of chlorophylls and carotenoids have different changes, indicating that there is no direct relationship between these values.
