Modeling of process of operation of the arable and milling unit

Repeated passes of machines and units raise power expenses, lead to consolidation of the soil, emergence and development of erosive processes. For the solution of the specified problems the arable and milling unit for preseeding preparation of the soil is offered. Its constructive and technological scheme is proved. As a result of the conducted theoretical researches rational values of the key parameters of the offered arable and milling unit having a decisive influence on process of its work are established: movement speed – 1.5 … 2.0 m/s; an angle of attack of working body – 20 … 30 degrees; angular speed of rotation of working body – 20 … 25 s-1.
