Environmentally friendly of Microbiological Cleaning system in livestock

The quality of milk and dairy products obtained in farms depends on the conditions of its production. Environmentally friendly are now considered food products that are produced from plant and animal raw materials produced in conditions in which at all stages of production, storage and transportation they do not get harmful components from the environment. No matter how much modern processing technology is perfect, it is impossible to produce safe, high-quality dairy products from low-quality milk with high acidity, high mechanical contamination and bacterial contamination. In addition to the technological aspects, the purity of raw milk depends on the level of sanitary and hygienic condition of production equipment and production as a whole. Therefore, research work on the development of new modern methods that can improve the quality of washing and disinfection of production equipment at the same time to eliminate the impact of aggressive detergents, disinfectants on the environment and the human body is of particular importance. Cleaning with probiotic agents is far superior to other available means, it provides a proven sustainable result and does not have the negative effects that are typical for disinfection with conventional acid and alkaline agents. According to the data of production tests, a system of Microbiological Cleaning of equipment and pipelines was developed depending on their purpose and operating conditions with the help of a probiotic agent, the use of which prevents the formation of a mineralized precipitate from milk protein and fat on the surface of the equipment, which allows to exclude an additional stage of processing with an acid solution and subsequent washing from its residues.
