Non-thermal plasma in the Agro-Industrial complex: worldwide experience |

This review article provides an overview of the applications of non-thermal (cold) plasma (NTP) – a partly ionized reactive gas at ambient temperature – in the agri-food-processing sector as a technology for fungal and bacterial inactivation, increase crop yields, to degrade toxins, etc.
